BY USING THIS SITE, BY SENDING OR DELIVERING YOUR APPLICATION(S), AND/OR OTHER DOCUMENT(S) TO GOINDIAVISA.COM, AND BY USING ANY OF THE SERVICES PUBLISHED ON GOINDIAVISA.COM, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE READING AND ACCEPTING THESE TERMS & CONDITIONS AND AGREE NOT TO VIOLATE OUR POLICIES.
You agree that you shall not use the Website for illegal purposes, and will respect all applicable laws and regulations.
You agree not to use the website in a way that may impair the performance, corrupt the content or otherwise reduce the overall functionality of the Website.
You agree to be responsible for any claim, expense, liability, losses, costs including legal fees incurred by us arising from any infringement of the terms and conditions set out in this agreement.
If you object to any of the terms and conditions set out in this agreement you should not use any of the products or services on the Website and leave immediately.
Goindiavisa.com reserves the right to change any part of this agreement without notice and will not take liability for any issues arising from such action. Your use of the Website will be deemed as acceptance of this agreement. Thus it is advised that you regularly check the Terms and Conditions of this agreement.

Working days: From Monday to Friday (except Saturday, Sunday & National holidays)
Working hours: 08.30 AM to 04.30 PM every working days.
Multiple / Single entry: It means multiple entries, not multiple applicants.
Single entry: Passport holders are allowed to enter / exit India ONCE within the period of time given in their visa as well as visa approval letter (1, 3 or 6 months).
Multiple entries: Passport holders are allowed to enter / exit India MULTIPLE TIMES within the period of time given in their visa as well as visa approval letter (1, 3 or 6 months).
3. PROCESSING TIME
In normal cases, it takes 3 working days (for normal processing service) or 1 working day (for urgent processing service), super urgent in 5 working hours, the visa approval letter will be done as promised time after we receive your FULL payment and confirmation for all required information/documents via email (not from the time you did the visa application form online). In special cases, additional documents rather than your face photo or passport may be required and processing time may be longer than usual. In such cases, we will inform you by email firstname.lastname@example.org
For example, Super urgent 5 hours service will be finished in ONLY 5 working hours after you make full payment and confirm with us all required information via email. The visa approval letter will be sent to you via email, thus, the super urgent 5 business hours service of processing are counted from the time of you sending confirmation of all required information till the visa approval letter reaching your email. So, remember to check your email then. We do not be in charge of any unexpected problems due to your forgetting to check email to get this visa India approved letter.
Our service is completed once the letter of approval is sent to the email address you submitted during the India visa online application process. You are required to notify us if you do not receive the letter in time, if there is no email from you informing us that you do not receive the letter within 3 days, the service is to be completed. We are not responsible for any delay/loss caused by the wrong email addresses supplied by applicants or the situation that applicants do not notify us by email that approval letter is not received.
4. FEES AND PAYMENTS
You are required to pay all fees and charges for the service offered by goindiavisa.com (including government fee and commission fee). The “commission fee" is paid to goindiavisa.com by you to get your visa request processed by us”. Yet, the "government fee" must be paid to goindiavisa.com so Go India Visa can submit the fee to India Immigration Mission, Government of India on your behalf.
Requirements and fees related to the processing of India visas is subject to change, including, but not limited to, application forms and documentation required for visa issuance, which are subject to change without notice.
5. CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
After making online payment, your India visa application is pending at India Immigration Mission, Government of India for more information from you to issue your India visa approval letter so you cannot cancel your visa request and a refund will no longer be available.
IMPORTANT NOTE: After completing the payment for your visa application, you do need to check your email to receive an email asking for additional information/documents from email@example.com, which is required for your India visa processing. You need to provide us all these information/documents latest within 24 hours from the time we send you an email.
- No refund: We shall NOT reimburse you in case of 1) Any reason for cancellation, after making online payment. 2) Rejection of your eVisa request by Immigration Mission, Government of India. 3) Refusal of entry by India Immigration Officer at India Airport. 4) Refusal to use the eVisa provided by Goindiavisa.com. 5. Refusal to give the additional information within 24 hours as you change your mind or want to cancel your visa application. Please note that once you have received your approved application and made online payment, a refund will no longer be available.
- Partially refund: 1. Once you have submitted your application with us, it is assumed and agreed that we will begin the application process and also pay the visa approval fee to the Immigration Mission, Government of India within the respected timeframe; therefore, if you want to cancel your visa request before submitting more information, only partial refund is available for you (70% refund of the total amount paid will be offered). 2) For verified reasons informed by the Immigration Mission, Government of India that results in delay in the issue of your visa letter, difference fee for urgent service will be refunded, full refund is not applied in this case.
We promise to provide the services (the visa approval letter) as your request with the correct time public in our website (in 3 days, 2 days, 1 day, 5 business hours. And 5 working hour service is available every day of the week (except for the morning). However, the clients can enter India any time during the visa letter’s validity, so we don’t care about the time you enter India as it depends on each person.
It is imperative that you supply us with all the correct information required for your requested visa at the time of your intended departure. Goindiavisa.com cannot be held responsible for any visa granted incorrectly or refused entry due to incorrect visa information and any losses incurred. Though every effort will be made on our part to correct any visa issues prior to departure, no refund will be given by us in the event of false or incorrect information being supplied at the time of submission. We strongly recommend that you check your visa confirmation letter against your passport and personal information prior to departure.
This visa is applicable to air or sea travel, so by applying through our website, you agree that you will travel by air or sea to India in order to get your visa stamped. We will not refund in case you DO NOT enter India by air or sea once your visa is approved.
It normally takes 3 working days to process an approval letter; however, there may be exceptions like delay or cancellation due to unforeseen problems. Thus we strongly recommend that you apply for a India visa at least 1-2 weeks in advance of the travel date to avoid any unexpected issues.
Normally, it takes around 15-20 minutes to get the visa stamped at India airport upon arrival; however, sometimes it may take longer than expected due to the large number of arrivals. The circumstances are unavoidable and we should not be held responsible for any loss incurred.
There might be rare circumstances under which your India visa application or entry is declined; in those cases, we will not refund you, and we will not be responsible for any loss, delay or cancellation of your flight ticket, tour or accommodation booking made for your trip to India.
Besides, in case, you refuse to send us all the additional information for your visa processing on time, or cancel your visa application; and then we cannot fully submit your visa request to the Immigration Department, we only can refund you 70% of what you paid, not full refund.
